The space The place is big enough for a comfortable location for any number of people under 10. On the ground floor you can find a spacious hallway where you can leave your top things. As you walk through your eye, you'll see a large room combined with a kitchen. Here you can have a bite to eat, relax watching TV, communicate with each other, or do something else. In the hall it has access to the terrace. Also on the ground floor you can find a bathtub combined with a sauna, but the use of the sauna must be discussed in advance. Next, we will be able to walk down the stairs to the second floor, where there are 3 spacious bedrooms and an additional bathroom for your convenience. I would like to add that you will also have a large backyard where you can have a great time with your friends/family or alone with yourself and no one will bother you. Guest access You will have access to all spaces except the utility room on the ground floor next to the kitchen. Despite the fact that there is no door to this room, it is a great request not to go there. Also, the use of the sauna located in the bathroom on the ground floor must be agreed with the owner of the house. Other things to note When booking a house, you will need to sign a contract for the safety of the property and make a deposit of 200 euros. The deposit is refunded within 48 hours of your departure. If the average age of the company is under 20 and the purpose of renting a party, a deposit is to be paid in the amount of 1000 euros.
