Located on a quiet side street just off Leith Walk, I offer clean and peaceful room with queen sized bed, minutes from excellent shops, restaurants, pubs and the airport tram. Also walking distance to Waverley (central) train station, Calton Hill, all downtown attractions, Leith harbour, and many parks and interesting streets. During your stay We are happy to socialise with guests when we have time, but can keep as much distance as is desired as well. We both work during the week.
