Spacious 3 BR duplex with garden

We are happy to rent our family house when we are away. Cosy, well decorated and maintain 4 bedrooms duplex flat in a town house with private garden, approx 2,000 sq ft. The house is in a very quiet street with little noise or traffic. The space The house is across 2 levels : - first floor : living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, WC, 1 double bedroom. We also have a small patio to enjoy in the summer. - ground floor : master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with bathtub and shower, WC), two kids bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom (with WC and bathtub/shower) Guest access One bedroom will be kept off-limit to store our personal belongings and make room in the wardrobes. It's a 4 bedroom house, but only 3 bedrooms will be available to guests: The master bedroom and a combination of what is needed to best accommodate your group (i.e. 1 double bedroom and 1 kids bedroom with bunk beds or 2 kids bedroom with bunk beds) Other things to note As it is our main house we value our belongings and expect to be handle as we would.
