The space Just a 1-minute walk from Royal Holloway University, The Podium offers a wide range of student rooms, studios and apartments. Inside, you'll be able to enjoy facilities including a gym, games room and study areas. The wide choice of accommodation at iQ The Podium includes modern, self-contained studios with their own kitchenette and en suite shower room, as well as apartments suitable for sharing with a friend. All residents can make use of our social and study areas, and our free gym. There is also free WiFi onsite, as well as useful amenities like bike storage and a laundry room.
