The garbage disposal is located at the apartments gate. During your stay We are always available to assist our guests when needed and if we are not on location we are just a call away . Other things to note Please understand the challenges we face as a result of the past hurricane Melissa and so we are not able to facilitate washing and cooking of any sort.. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING..If we detect that you are smoking in the apartment AIRBNB will be notified immediately and you will be asked to leave WITHOUT a refund.. Absolutely no kids…Sorry for any inconvenience caused.. Our broadband provider is Flow, while a reputable company, as with all other provider, you may experience slow internet at times. At the start of your stay, the bathroom will be equipped with the essentials such as towels, wash rags, toilet paper etc . There is a replacement cost for missing towels, wash rags, gate remote and keys as well as a charge for any damage/other loss. Check-out time is at or before 9am and so we ask guests to observe same.
