PETS: 📌We love pets but pets are not allowed. CLUBHOUSE POOL: 📌Less than 2 minutes walk 📌Clubhouse swimming pool fee is PHP 300 per guest per visit. Please pay directly to the clubhouse. Beach can be enjoyed from 6am to 6pm. Beach, boardwalk and clubhouse distance from our casita is less than 2 minutes walk. Clubhouse vicinity Operation is from 7am to 7pm, and pool use will be until 5pm. Clubhouse swimming pool is closed during Wednesdays for regular maintenance. Casita 61 has its own private pool. Beach access is free. Nearest convenience store is Alfamart along San Juan Laiya Highway about 5 mins. drive. San Juan town proper is about 10-15 mins. drive. *For extra pax ( in excess of 8 pax), we offer mattress and place it in the living area during bedtime. And advice our catetaker to help you to set up at night, and keep it during day time. But then, for the additional pax, that will be 850 peso per pax/night with mattress and bath towel (TWO kids below 5 years old are free).
