Our house is on the beachfront, with a gazebo and terrace facing the sea and a fireplace for cold days. Located in a quiet and secluded area, walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. Fully equipped and very comfortable, with everything you need for your stay. To access the house you have to climb a ladder from the parking lot, not suitable for people with reduced mobility The space The house has 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms (each with shower) Bedroom 1: A double bed for two, with access to the terrace and ocean views. It has a closet and dresser and a Smart TV with access to YouTube, Netflix, Amazon, and the Internet. It doesn't have cable, but you can watch the channels on YouTube or the Internet from the same TV. Bedroom 2: Double bed, with window and backyard view. It has a dresser. Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (two single beds) and a window overlooking the backyard. It has a closet. Bedroom 4: A single bed, overlooking the backyard. Kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle, plus crockery, kitchen batteries and everything you need for your stay. Living and dining room with ocean and bay views, and exit to the terrace. The terrace has very comfortable furniture along with a small table that will allow you to have breakfast or share a delicious meal very close to the sea. The gazebo is large, with very comfortable sofas, a grill and a side table to the grill, perfect for having a barbecue and enjoying it during the day and night. Seagulls, jotes (parrots) and hummingbirds pass by, a spectacle of nature! We also have a pack and play crib and a railing for the beds, in case you go with a small child (the railing is mobile and can be installed in any bed). Parking for two large cars (vans, sub) and up to three medium to small cars. Gate with lock and the house has an alarm. Fiber Optic Wifi, works impeccably. Guest access To get to the house, you have to climb stairs from the parking lot, so if you go with older adults it is better to consult or evaluate. The house is safe, but it is high up, so if you go with children you should be aware of the terrace and the gazebo. Other things to note The house is fully equipped, you only need to bring sheets and towels. Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the house, smoking is only allowed in El Quincho (grill area). If the house smells of cigarettes in any of its rooms, a $150,000 fine will be charged
