While the upper floor is reserved for the owner, the entire ground floor is rented. The rental is only made if the owner is not present; so you as the tenant have the house with garden and pool completely to yourself. The rented ground floor includes a living and dining room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, house entrance, bathroom/toilet and hot tub, as well as a guest toilet. This includes the adjacent garden with swimming pool. The cozy living area is characterized by comfortable sofas and Samsung TV with Netflix. The dining area comfortably fits 6. Both bedrooms have been equipped with high-quality queen size beds. The modern, spacious kitchen has all the amenities (oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). High-speed Wi-Fi everywhere in the house and also in the garden, as well as a 55" Samsung flat-screen TV with Netflix, etc. as well as all technical amenities are a matter of course at Peter's Choice B3. Guest access The house has 2 floors. While the upper floor is reserved for the owner, the entire ground floor is rented. The rental is only made if the owner is not present; so you as a tenant have the house with garden and pool completely to yourself - and of course your 'personal' car, which is only available for you during your entire vacation free of charge. Other things to note - GROUP SIZE: If you arrive with up to 4 (possibly 5 people), this spacious tropical home offers you enough space in the house as well as in the garden. For less than 3 people, we recommend the inexpensive rental of the apartment next to the main building; also with its own private garden. - PRIVACY: You never have to share the main house, garden and pool with people who are not part of your travel group. The apartment as an annex to the main house is rented separately (max. 2 people). It has its own entrance and garden. - GARDEN AND POOL: You will love staying in our tropical garden. But as you can imagine, many plants also mean many leaves. To ensure you enjoy the garden and pool as much as possible, we have a cleaner twice a week who maintains the garden and pool. Please let us know if you do not want this. - PARTIES: Please note that we are located in a residential area. To keep our neighbors in a good mood, parties or loud music are not allowed. - BEACH TOWELS: Of course, we have beach towels ready for our guests. And also a number of other things that make your vacation with us more pleasant and beautiful. - FREE CAR: The free car that you get to use with the house for one week of your vacation is ready to go at BeThreeCuraçao at your doorstep. Your car (Mercedes A-Class; 5-seater, automatic, air conditioning) is available for you for 1 day per rental week after signing the user agreement. By signing the user agreement, you pay a security deposit of 300 euros (if you have not already paid this amount in advance when booking). The deposit will be refunded immediately and in full upon return of the car, provided there are no complaints. All drivers must be at least 21 years of age and hold a driver's license (NL driver's license or international driver's license). - YOUR WAY TO PETER'S CHOICE: The best way to get to Peter's Choice is to book a taxi beforehand. I recommend my guests to use the 24/7 Taxi App Curaçao (https://247taxi.cw/). The airport has free Wi-Fi that you can use if needed. Upon arrival, you can see in the app if the taxi is already waiting for you or is still on the way. You can pay in the taxi with your debit or credit card.
