Welcome to our Modern Kubo House, our home away from home. You want to unwind when you're on vacation, right? A lot of thoughts went into the house's design and amenities. We carefully considered and worked hard to create a more authentic home experience, home-like atmosphere, and comfortable escape in our Modern Kubo House. Our wish is for you to have fun in our little slice of heaven. It is located right in the heart of Brgy. Lucap, 10- 15 minutes walking to wharf and 2 minutes drive by car. Lucap. If you like to run or walk in the mornings, Lucap is a great place to live because it is close to the prestigious Home of the 100 Island National Park. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk and 2 minutes to get there by car. Guest access You will have access to all the amenities in the house like shared kitchen, patio and parking area. We have 3 listing rooms in the area and your room have separate door just like the other rooms, only the patio and parking are shared, kitchen are shared but you have your own cooking wares and utensils if you want to cook and eat. Other things to note * For your safety we advised to bring your own towel. we can only provide 2 towels. * For extra guest additional of 500 per guest * Breakfast is available upon request with fee Check in time is from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Check out time is strictly at 12:00 NN Early check in or late check out is subject to availability. Please let us know in advance, additional of minimal fee for early check in and late check out (P150 per hour subject to availability) Parking area is around the vicinity. Always make sure that all outlets are unplugged for safety. Lock the unit when going out to protect both of our belongings. We are not responsible for any lost possessions. Any damage or lost shall be paid by the guest. We conduct an inspection before and upon checkout to determined any damage or loss. We charge PHP 300 each for lost keys.
