The space This accommodation, which can accommodate up to 4 people, has a beautiful living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet, a bedroom. The apartment: Located on the 1st floor with elevator, the accommodation consists of: Day area: - A beautiful bright living room with a sitting area with a 2 x 80 x 190 pull-out sofa bed, TV and dining area with a dining table that can seat up to 4 guests. - A kitchen area, fully equipped: refrigerator, glass-ceramic plates 2 fires, microwave grill, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, squeegee device. - A bathroom with a bathtub, a basin, a hairdryer, a clothes rack. Night area: - Bedroom: a 140x190 double bed Common spaces: - private ski locker on the ground floor - Paid laundromat on ground floor Household products are at your disposal. Thank you for replacing what you have completed. You will also find household utensils (vacuum cleaner, broom, Spanish broom, clothes rack, iron, ironing board…). Activities: In winter, a multitude of activities around gliding is available to you on the Superbagnères ski area with 32 km of slopes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tobogganing but also paragliding or gliding to discover the region from the sky! From March to October, relax with a spa treatment in the heart of the sumptuous Parc des Quinconces! In summer, you can discover the many hiking circuits: Cazarilh-Laspène, Gouffre d 'Enfer, Le Pic de Céciré... Take the opportunity to stroll on the shores of Lake Oô and admire the splendid view of the Haut-Garonnais peaks or go on a trail or climb! Departure no later than 11am in the presence of a person from the garden concierge service. Luggage storage possible in secure premises but accessible to different tenants who need to drop off their luggage. We therefore accept no responsibility in case of theft. Other things to note - Pets not allowed. - Non-smoking accommodation. - The accommodation has free WiFi. - Bed linen, towels, tea towels are not included. - Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants who must return the accommodation in the same condition as they found it and clean to immediately accommodate a new rental. Please clean appliances after use. However, if you do not wish to do so, you have the option to call the garden concierge, who takes care of the accommodation on site for us and will welcome you upon your arrival.
