Villa Kunterbunt

Welcome to beautiful Bavaria. Even King Ludwig knew why he built his stylish castles in this region - it is simply fabulous. Villa Kunterbunt is a split-level house and impresses with its spacious, open room layout over several levels. You will feel like the whole house is one room. Come by and enjoy the quiet location in nature. The space The detached, light-flooded single-family home is located in the idyllic municipality of Windach am Ammersee, surrounded by fields, forests and meadows. The overgrown and completely fenced garden leaves nothing to be desired - here you can relax. The Ammersee is less than 15 minutes away by bike, and within a few minutes by car you can reach Landsberg am Lech or Munich. To the south you can get very close to the majestic mountains, which invite you to hike. Whether it's a cozy vacation with the family in the village, a visit to Füssen in the Allgäu to the impressive royal castles or a trip to Garmisch Partenkirchen as a hiking/skiing region - there is something for everyone here. Villa Kunterbunt is equipped with the following: Sleeping places: We explicitly speak of sleeping places and not of bedrooms, as there are actually only two lockable bedrooms in the accommodation. The remaining sleeping places are in open spaces and are not lockable. Facilities: * two lockable bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 m) - see photos of bedrooms no. 1 & 2 * a sofa bed (about 1.60 m) - see photo bedroom no. 3 * one double bed (1.40m) - see photo bedroom no. 4 * a sleeping corner with a double bed (1.80 m) under the roof - see photo bedroom no. 5 Living room/reading corner: If the weather is not as good as it should be, then you can make yourself comfortable in the spacious living room. Whether you want to relax on the sofa with a book and a glass of wine, watch a movie on TV or play a game – you won't lack anything. Facilities: * Wood-burning stove for the cold days * 45" flat-screen TV with various connections / SMART TV * High-speed Internet – home office possible * Wi-Fi up to the terraces * Various books and games Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen has everything your heart desires; from the stove to the dishes, a soda stream and the coffee machine, everything is on site to prepare delicious meals. Facilities: * Kitchen with all technical appliances * Refrigerator, stove with electric hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machines (Nespresso & Bialetti), soda stream, plates, pots, bowls, pans, cutlery, dishes, glasses * Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and some other spices Dining room: The bright dining room is equipped with a wooden table, a bench and chairs and invites you to eat and play together. Bathrooms: In the Villa Kunterbunt there are two bathrooms, each with a toilet. One bathroom has a shower, the other has a bathtub with shower glass. Shower gel/shampoo can be found on site. Other: * Sofa * Small table with chairs * Desk with screen * Dressing room Outdoor area: The spacious, overgrown garden invites you to linger in fine weather. Facilities: * Garden table and chairs for dining * Sun loungers and cushions *Gas grill * Garage (with wood for the fireplace on the outside wall) Guest access The entire house is available to you for your vacation. You have access to all areas and can use everything.
