A new gas grill and picnic table await in the private back yard. There is a shared washer/dryer room that is locked but accessible to both the downstairs and upstairs units. You'll have access to the entire downstairs and the backyard. I do not live on site but my daughter lives only a few blocks away and is a co-host. We are happy to help with any special requests. This downstairs unit is within walking distance of Dollar General and the Circle K gas station convenience store as well as the Carthage historic square and at the Legacy Theater. There is plenty of free parking right in front of the house. This home is centrally located in this small town and many stores are within walking distance.
