You are welcome at the "Chalet du Lac" in the Capcir massif. This magnificent new 120 m² cottage is located in a small peaceful and traditional village of the Pyrénées-Orientales (66) in Puyvalador with superb views and absolute calm. The space The cottage has a large living room upstairs with fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a cozy living room with fireplace area (pellet stove) It has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet all on the ground floor. South-facing balcony, with panoramic views of the Capcir mountains and a small lake. A large terrace with garden furniture and bar table. A carport that can accommodate one vehicle. Ski slope 10 minutes away at the Formiguères resort, Les Angles (15 minutes), with the possibility of renting ski equipment and catering. Shops 5 min drive to Formiguères. Spain 45 minutes away and Andorra about 1.5 hours away Internet access (Wi-Fi included) RENTAL Only PER WEEK during school holidays from Saturday to Saturday. Or full weekend minimum 3 nights during school holidays. (Under the responsibility of parents, prohibited for children under 3 years old) We ask for a deposit cheque of €1000 on arrival, which includes the cleaning deposit, if the cottage is clean as on arrival we will return the cheque to you on departure after the inventory. If you would like to add the cleaning service with our concierge, no problem, please let me know when you make your reservation for the additional rates. If you have a Hybrid or Electric car, the connection is extra, please let us know before you arrive.
