Solid parquet, 3m50 ceiling height, calm, elegance, brightness, not overlooked and all the comfort of new equipment are required. Hyper center – The neighborhood is multicultural and dynamic, with all the shops and transport at the building foot. Guest access At building foot you will find: - Metro Station Line 12 "Mairie d'Aubervilliers" (15min from Montmarte & Pigalle, 35min from The Louvre and The Champs-Élysées, 45min from The Eiffel Tower) - A large market 3 times a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings) - Severals supermarkets (Monoprix, Franprix and Auchan) - Bakeries, butchers, Cheese dairy (Marie), pharmacies, banks - Bars, cafes, restaurants, bookstore, gym - 5min walk: cinema, theater, swimming pool, canal - 15min walk: The RER B station serving Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) and Paris city center. - 20min by bus/ 10min by car or bicycle: The France's stadium - 15min cycling: The la vilette park (largest park in Paris with the city of sciences and many concert halls).
