Beach Cottage on Boongala

Our lovely mid century beach cottage, located an easy 500m walk from Hervey Bay’s Scarness Beach, for you to enjoy restaurants on The Esplanade or Hervey Bay’s great beaches. The 3-bedroom, air-conditioned house sleeps 6 & all bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a modern bathroom, separate toilet and fully equipped kitchen with new appliances & cookware. We are one of the few homes in the area with its own pool. There is a fully fenced yard, with undercover parking for 2 vehicles. The space The 3-bedroom, air-conditioned house sleeps 6 & all bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a modern bathroom, separate toilet and fully equipped kitchen with new appliances & cookware. We have a covered verandah with seating for 8 & gas bbq. We have recently added a gorgeous 5m x 3m (approx 1.6m deep it's deepest point) in ground pool and re-landscaped the surrounding area for enjoyment year-round. There are 3 outward facing security cameras (front door, backyard and car port). These will be turned off for the duration of your stay. The property is completely fenced. Guest access The entire house is yours for the duration of your stay (garage excluded) Other things to note December 2025 Update: We are currently undergoing renovations, including a new in-ground bespoke swimming pool and landscaping to our back yard. We should be available from early to mid March 2026
