Spacious Outdoor Oasis and Chef's Kitchen - Serene Mid-Century Retreat

This zen mid-century home is located in highly sought after Mercer Island. After all, you're within walking distance of parks, grocery stores, and shops! The home is equipped with a chef's kitchen, two living rooms and activity areas, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the fresh PNW air! - Fully equipped kitchen - Two living rooms and two dining rooms - Yoga/exercise room - Laundry room - Wrap-around deck and fully fenced-in backyard - There may be other guests sharing ADU 1- The hot water tank is a smaller size. If you're traveling with a larger group (more than 5 people), please stagger your showers to ensure everyone has access to hot water. 2-The guest suite attached to the main house is rented separately. There may be another group of guest during your stay. 3- There is only 1 bathroom in the master suite on the first floor. 4- Street parking can be a little tricky. 2 parking spots on the driveway is dedicated for guests. 5- No central AC 1- No parties/events. 2- No unregistered guests. ** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises. 3- No Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything inside or on the balcony, including candles or incense. 4- No animals: To ensure everyone’s comfort, we do not allow any animals. 5- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM. Any violations of 1-5 will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund. 6- No Access to any areas marked as private or other units of the same building *Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund. 7- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning costs. 8- Check out procedure: - Return all kitchen items to their original location you found or follow existing labeling. - Run the dishwasher if needed. - Collect all your trash and recycle and deposit them in the outside bins. - Turn off all lights and turn the thermostat to 50 - Close and lock all the windows and doors. 9- If you forget personal belongings and request the host to ship them back, it will be $50 plus the actual shipping cost. 10- No access to the mailbox. Please, rent a PO box or have your Amazon order delivered to a nearby Amazon lockbox. A request for opening the unit mailbox will cost $50 per occurrence. 11- If a guest's actions result in a fine from any utility company, government agency, HOA, parking enforcement or other party, the guest will be responsible for the full amount of the fine plus a $100 administrative fee.
