The refined covered terrace, with dining area and panoramic views of the square and mountains, is ideal for enjoying every season in total relaxation. A quiet environment and a perfect location to easily reach the beaches, the station, the airport and beautiful Palermo. The space A refuge between the sea and the mountains, where comfort meets Sicilian authenticity. The apartment is completely independent, with a separate entrance and exclusive use for our guests. On the first floor you will find two quiet and cozy bedrooms, one with a private bathroom and balcony. Tastefully furnished and embellished with wallpaper, both offer double beds, air conditioning, smart TVs and Wi-Fi. Each guest will be offered a bathroom kit. Upstairs, a modern and super-equipped kitchen awaits you with everything you need: kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee machine with capsules, washing machine, iron and 6-seater table. To complete the floor, a large bathroom with a 140 cm shower and an elegant tiled terrace, with a dining area and comfortable sofas to relax outdoors with a view of the mountain. For the little ones: a crib and high chair with a small table are available free of charge upon request. The location: We are located in Capaci, an enchanting seaside town between the hills and the Sicilian coast, perfect for those seeking relaxation, authenticity and natural beauty. Located in the heart of the historic center, the apartment allows you to fully experience the local atmosphere, with all the services at your fingertips: bars, pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, and much more. In summer, music and shows animate the square, from which, in June and August, a free shuttle offered by the Municipality of Capaci takes you directly to the beach. STRATEGIC LOCATION BETWEEN BEACHES, PALERMO AND AIRPORT. - 50 meters from the main square of Capaci; - 500 meters from the subway to Palermo and the airport; - 1.5 km from the beach (5 minutes by car, 15 minutes on foot); - 10 km of highway from "Falcone and Borsellino" airport; - 12 km of highway from the city of Palermo and Mondello; - 100 km of highway to Trapani, towards San Vito, Marsala and Mazara Del Vallo. PARKING The property does not have private parking, but free street parking is easily available. CHECK-IN/SELF CHECK-IN Barring unforeseen circumstances, I will be happy to welcome my guests. If I cannot be present upon arrival, self check-in will be possible. I will, however, be at your disposal throughout the stay for any advice or need. Other things to note Please note that in the Municipality of Capaci there is a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day.
