The space THE BAY: We are located by Hiriketiya Rd, the main street of the iconic, very lively and fast developing Hiriketiya Bay 🌴 With only 200m distance to the beach with surfboard rental and a beach clubs providing vibrant night life during high season. Short walking distance to the range of coolest cafes, restaurants and bars with live music and DJs. The Bay serves up the most playful, turquoise waves perfect for both intermediate and beginner surfers, alongside sea turtles, golden sands and leaning palm trees. Only short stroll to the majestic, more peaceful Pehebiya Beach [Dikwella] perfect for morning barefoot runs, lazy walks along the coastline, all sorts of beach games with the most stunning sunset views accompanied abundance of palm trees. There are local supermarkets, veggie & fruit market, pharmacies, several banks etc in Dikwella town (2 km) . THE SPACE: The Yard is a boutique hotel located in the heart of iconic Hiriketiya Bay. 0ur space is composed of five private double rooms, one self-contained top floor apartment and plentiful of co-living space. Open space on the 1st floor offers chilled hangout spot perfect for meditating, practicing yoga, daydreaming on the bean bag. Ground floor contains co-working space, open plan kitchen, outdoor BBQ area and back garden seating areas.
