- Exceptional - Renovated and nicely decorated barn, located in a charming Champagne village in the heart of the vineyard. 10 minutes by car from the city of Reims, and at the center of unmissable visits to UNESCO World Heritage sites, you will enjoy an idyllic and romantic setting in a very calm and soothing environment. You can enjoy the outdoors with a private terrace, a heated swimming pool (from May to October), and a pétanque court... The space The accommodation is completely renovated, in a style combining the charm of wood and an intimate decoration. The atmosphere is romantic and warm, the room located in the mezzanine is very quiet and comfortable. You have a wardrobe and a storage order. The 160x190cm double bed is comfortable. The living room consists of an equipped kitchen with a bar, and a very comfortable lounge area with a 50-inch TV (with integrated Netflix account). The convertible sofa will allow you to accommodate 3 or 4 people in the barn, ideal for children (size of the bed: 140x190cm) The bathroom is separated with a shower and a toilet. Guest access Autonomous access, we will welcome you with pleasure when we can to present the accommodation and the equipment to you. In case of absence, a key box will allow you to access the barn independently. Free parking for 2 vehicles, with the possibility of charging your electric vehicle. You have access to the heated swimming pool (10m x 4m) except in winter, and to the petanque ground all year round. You will have a private terrace with a barbecue. The swimming pool is shared, and accessible from May to October. A reservation system will allow you to enjoy it without sharing it. Pool Rules: - Shared swimming pool, accessible from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. - Reservation of a slot of one or two hours required 24 hours in advance. - Forbidden to unaccompanied children - No glass in the pool - Access prohibited in case of water treatment Other things to note We will be happy to give you all the activities and addresses to visit. We grew up in Reims and know the region very well, we can help you find little treasures that are not necessarily found in tourist guides. The charming village of Les Mesneux has many Champagne houses to visit, we would be happy to provide you a list to taste and appreciate our very local champagne. Hydro-alcoholic gel will be made available. You will find a welcome booklet on your arrival with all the necessary information, and we will be happy to welcome you if we are present.
