Our Yanchep cottage is truly one of a kind, located right on the beachfront with uninterrupted views of the ocean! Watch the sunset each night right from the gorgeous garden. This comfortable accommodation is cosy yet stylish, and is the perfect place to unwind with family or friends. The space Our cottage is unique as it has uninterrupted views of the ocean. It is a corner block with neighbours only to the left of the property. There is a firebreak road running in between the front of the property and the sand dunes, and it is not a public access footpath. Meaning beach access is about a 30 second walk away, via the public footpath. The cottage has 4 bedrooms and accommodates 7 guests. It has an open plan living /dining area and a separate living area. It has tv only through an apple box, however we ask that you login to your own streaming services and logout as you leave. There is a garage conversion which is located just outside the main house (where the garage would have been) and can accommodate up to 6 guests ( 2 x double/single bunks). It also has a living space. Great for teenagers! It is $25 extra per guest per night to open this space. This space is perfect for families, groups of friends or healing/yoga/meditation retreats.
