This beautiful, 990 sq. ft., beautiful apartment is just a mile and half from highway 680. Centrally located, a short ride from everything, San Francisco, Wine Country, the Bay, Redwoods, Mt. Diablo and much more. You have your own private entrance, one bedroom, one bathroom, living room, fireplace, washer/dryer, three Smart TV's and stunning gourmet kitchen. Very cozy and peaceful location. Any reservation under the required three-night stay will be cancelled. The space This an amazing, comfortable and new unit. The kitchen is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The apartment is on the second level. There are stairs. We do have an elevator if needed (36 x 48) max weight 950lbs. as well as High Speed Internet. $35 fee for additional guests over the two maximum. Guest access Parking is available in front of the main home or on the left side of the driveway, up to the green cones. Parking is not available across the street. There is a sign that says guest parking, this is for our neighbor's Airbnb. If you park in this space our neighbor may have you towed. You have two places to park; in front of the house or in the driveway up to the green cones. These are the two places to park. Other things to note This listing is $230 a night. We do not accept third party bookings. This is a non-smoking Airbnb. No smoking. We do have a no pet policy. Guest must be 25+ to book.
