Welcome to one of the last surviving historic live/work lofts in the city! Live the Toronto artist's dream in this 1000 sq ft, 30ft ceiling, 3-level, artistic and spacious pad in the Junction Triangle! Enjoy a light-filled space sandwiched between the hippest neighborhoods of Toronto West - with Bloordale, Roncesvailles and Brockton Village as neighbours you’re only steps away from some of the city’s coolest restaurants, coffee shops, vintage and galleries! Right on the UP express line! The space What was once a munitions factory by the railroad is now a dreamy live-work space across three levels! The main features the entryway, a full bath, a living area with huge sectional couch and a full kitchen. Giant windows take up half the exterior wall and the ceilings are 30ft high, fostering the flourishing of a resplendent collection of indoor plants. The second level is a huge bedroom with wall to wall mirrors and what guests say is “the comfiest” king sized bed. In the evenings enjoy movies and streaming via a smart TV projector on a 100” screen! Up another staircase you’ll find a sunny office for when you need to work from your temporary home. Get in a work out too using the Water Rower, recently added to the main floor of the loft in August 2026. Decorated in a mix of mid century modern, contemporary and vintage chic with all kinds of original art on the walls, this place has so much personality. I hope you love it as much as I do! The loft is recommended for a solo traveller, two friends, a small family or a couple due to the open concept layout, and not recommended for anyone with mobility issues, young children. Pets are more than welcome! You must appreciate old buildings and quirky architecture to stay here - this is not a slick hotel experience, I’d even classify it as a unique stay in Toronto : ) If you’re interested in longer stays, or more guests, just shoot me a message!
