Enjoy tiny living in the Wildberry Cottage Tiny House! Located on 25 acres, with open fields, old growth woods, miles of trails, a small stream, and a stocked pond for fishing and swimming. Ideal spot to relax and enjoy the beatiful property, or as a basecamp for exploring the Adirondacks, Saratoga Springs, Schenectady, or Albany. The space *Please read entire listing before booking, our tiny house is partially off grid and as such does not include a shower, has a limited water supply, and is equipped with a composting toilet.* Built from scratch in a secluded corner of our property, this charming little space has everything you need and more. Bright and open, filled with beautiful reclaimed windows and vintage decorations, you'll have wonderful views from every side of the house. One large open space includes kitchen, living room, and loft, and a separate private bathroom. The house includes a TV with streaming capability, and Wifi throughout the property. Kitchen is equipped for light food preparation and storage with refrigerator, microwave, electric griddle, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, sink with limited water tank, and various spices and utensils. The private bathroom includes a composting toilet, and a limited supply of water. There is no shower on site. Guest access Guests have full access to the tiny house, and the attached deck. Guests may also feel free to explore our 25 acres of fields and forest, or bring a fishing pole and swimsuit and enjoy fishing and swimming in our stocked pond. There are trails throughout the property, ask us for a map! Other things to note The tiny house is equipped with a composting toilet. Instructions for proper use of the toilet are provided, however please reach out to us if you have questions. Also know that the house does not have a shower and does not have running water, only 3 gallons of water for drinking, washing hands, dishes, etc. If you run out, please message us and we will refill the water as soon as possible.
