A cozy back porch and gas fireplace inside ensures year-round relaxation! The space There are 2 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and a pull out sofa in the living room. There is a 1/2 bath on the main level. The desk upstairs is perfect for those who work remotely. There are 2 TV's with Roku and a gas fireplace. High-speed Starlink internet to ensure you can stay connected if required. There is a dishwasher and washer and dryer to make your stay easier. The cottage was newly remodeled and is gorgeous. You may have noticed our listing was offline for a bit — Hurricane Helene gave our little river getaway quite the challenge. It was a tough time for our family and this special spot we love so much, but we rolled up our sleeves and brought it back to life. We’re so happy to be hosting again and can’t wait to share this beautiful place with you. 💛🌊✨ The internet and cell phone signals are not perfect here, but the mountains and ancient river more than make up for it. Make sure your wifi calling is turned on before you leave town. Enjoy the natural beauty and all the outdoor recreation options the New River Valley has to offer. No pets and strict quiet hours after 10 pm so no parties allowed. Guests must be 25 years of age to book River levels can rise rapidly. Please use caution in the river. Swim at your own risk. Be aware that the trains do come by and can be a little noisy.
