Quiet, private room in Houston near the Med Center, ideal for work, rest, or relaxation. I live in the home and host only by request, ensuring a peaceful stay. The comfortable, self-contained room features a private bathroom for full privacy and a TV for entertainment. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Guests have a reserved covered parking spot. The bathroom includes a shower, and the location is close to multiple transportation options for easy access around Houston. The space The room is on the first floor of my home. We will share the kitchen, living room, half bath, and patio. However, your private room is so well-appointed, you won't want to leave it! Guests will have 1 bedroom available and 1 shared (with other guest) full bathroom for your use, the bathroom is a private bathroom. There is also a smart TV in the room. No additional guests or visitors, please. Guest access You can access the living room, kitchen, half bath, and patio in addition to your private bedroom and bathroom. No additional guests or visitors are allowed. Guests will be given a smart lock code for the house's main entrance. Also, the bedroom has a key lock if you prefer to lock your room when gone. Other things to note This is my home where I live alone, so you will be sharing the common areas (kitchen, living room) with me if I am in town. No additional guests or visitors are allowed.
