We have a security camera in garden & in downstairs hallway monitoring the front door, our house is close to Newhaven to Dieppe Ferry , Newhaven Town train station with links to Lewes, Brighton & London -5 minutes in car or 10 mins walk. Seven Sisters country park is 15 mins drive The space Cosy double bedroom newly decorated with wall mounted TV. Masterlock entry with code from street & your bedroom is lockable -with key in door. Shared bathroom with toilet,basin,bath and shower. On the landing you will find everything you need for making tea & coffee, milk, kettle, microwave,toaster & a larder fridge. Please help yourselves to our selection of cereal in glass jars for self service breakfast or bread for toast is put out for you to butter and spread with jam or marmalade. There are plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery & a water jug. An iron, ironing board, portable fan, extra blankets and pillows are available on request. Central heating and hot running water & towels We have a lovely secluded garden (if you need to store your bikes overnight safely) with a bench seating area. Free off street parking in Evelyn avenue and Lawes Avenue (our house is between these two side streets) & opposite our house in Ship Street. There is also a free public car park “Lower Place North, Newhaven” 3-5 mins walk from our house Guest access Shared bathroom, shared back yard garden and your own private lockable cosy bedroom. During your stay We are here to help you with any questions, but we like you to feel at home during your visit - so we keep to ourselves downstairs unless you need us.
