Goderich - Hot Tub - Rec Room - Built in 2020

Welcome to Westella Cottage! This is a full cottage rental, you will have access to the entire space and backyard with firepit and 6 person Hot Tub. Fast internet is available along with Netflix, Discovery+, Prime Video, and SportsNet. We have 3 Bedrooms (one on each floor), 2 full Bathrooms (with oversized soaker tub), a fully equipped Kitchen, Rec Room, and 2 living rooms. Thank you for considering our cottage for your getaway. Find us @westellacottage on IG and FB. The space In 2020 we decided to build our dream cottage and we are so happy to be able to share it with you. We designed this home with large windows, high ceilings, and pine to give a modern, yet cozy feel. There are 3 levels, each with it's own bedroom and living space. Find below a detailed description of each space. Sleeping: Main Floor Bedroom: 1 queen bed, 1 closet, 2 nightstands, and dresser Upstairs Bedroom: 1 queen bed, 1 nightstand, single bunk bed with trundle, and dresser Loft: 1 pull out sofa bed Basement Bedroom: 1 queen bed, dresser, 2 nightstands Eating: Right when you step into our cottage you will find our fully equipped kitchen with a 6-8 person dining table. Along we all major appliances we provide a crockpot, toaster, air fryer, blender, baking sheets, pots and pans, and wine glasses. For hot drinks we have a kettle, Keurig, 12 cup drip coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine. We provide k-cups, coffee, Nespresso pods, and an assortment of teas. Bathrooms: There are 2 bathrooms at Westella Cottage Main Floor Bathroom: 1 sink, toilet, shower, washer & dryer Upstairs Bathroom: Double sink, toilet, shower, and oversized soaker tub Playing: We have 2 smart TVs with a variety of streaming apps (Netflix, Prime Video, Discovery+, and SportsNet). Downstairs we have a projector set up for a theatre style movie night. We also provide a variety of board games and cards. Outside: Enjoy our brand new 6 person Hot Tub with steps in and an easy to remove hot tub cover. We also provide a gas BBQ with all needed BBQ utensils. Grab a glass of wine or coffee and sit out on our covered front porch equipped with 2 comfortable chairs. What do we provide? We provide bed linens, pillows, blankets, face cloths, bath towels, coffee pods, tea, dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, an assortment of spices, and cooking oil. Playpen and booster seat available upon request but we do not provide baby gates. Location: Our cottage is located just 5 minutes outside of Goderich Ontario in a quiet cottage subdivision. Our subdivision has small paved streets with a private beach (an 8 minute walk from Westella). Be prepared for a steep path down to the beach. Our privately shared beach is so special because it is so quiet. It is easy to find a space all alone to enjoy Lake Huron's famous sunsets. Although we do have neighbours on each side, we are so lucky to be right across the road from a forest which makes our front porch even more special. Goderich: Goderich, Canada's prettiest town, is about a 5 minute drive away. You will find a beautiful beach with multiple play grounds, restaurant (Beach Street Station), and ice cream shop (Beach Hut). Hike along Goderich's many trails and bike on the G2G Rail trail which stretches all the way from Goderich to Guelph! Guest access Guests have access to entire house and yard space.
