1 Bed & Shared Bath for RENT in West Hollywood

We are renting a private bedroom with a large closet and a shared bath in West Hollywood in a 3-bedroom apartment. We are looking for a long term tenant. First month is through Airbnb, the rest will be paid to me. Non Air-BNB rental rate is $850 a month and a 3-way split on bills. There is also an $800 deposit before move in. Room has an AC wall unit. We have a small storage unit & an on-site coin-operated laundry/ dryer. No parking space, only street parking. The space Hi! We are looking for a long-term tenant. There is also an $800 deposit required to secure the room. The space is fantastic! Medium sized room, large closet space and a bathroom with all the standard amenities. The bathroom is shared and comes with a standing shower/tub and a cubby for your necessities. PLEASE NOTE: The room is UNFURNISHED. Pictures show furniture, but those were taken while previous tenants was living there. The apartment itself is spacious with a beautiful living room, dining area, and a terrace. You'll have full access to the kitchen. The neighborhood is absolutely wonderful! It's safe, beautiful and very welcoming. It's also centrally located so you have easier access to the city than most places. It's a three bedroom apartment so you'll be sharing it with myself, Francisco, (actor), and my roommate Keelan (writer.) It's a quiet apartment where we mostly focus on work, but we're definitely tight-knit. We keep the space clean and share the cleaning responsibilities. There is a quarter operated washing machine in the building on the first floor. There is also ample street parking if you have a car. We also have a cleaning service that comes once every two weeks. The fee is $100 total, and split is $33 divided between you and Keelan for the shared bathroom, and $64 divided by all three of us for the living room, dining area and kitchen. Guest access Aside from the other private bedrooms, the rest of apartment is accessible to you. During your stay I will be in my own bedroom and will be around. Also if there are issues with apartment we'll contact the landlord directly. Other things to note Internet, electricity, and gas would be split between all three of us. Water is covered by the landlord. There is an $800 deposit, which would be returned to you once you left barring any damage left to the room. The location is rent controlled and you would have to sign a lease.
