The lounge area has a wood heater, wall mounted Smart TV. The beautifully appointed and fully equipped kitchen features a large breakfast bar for informal meals as well as a separate dining area. There is a study desk and library area with loads of interesting reading material. There are 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms with Queen sized beds and storage. Undo the curtains and the natural light floods the house. The gorgeous bathroom has a lovely deep bath and a separate walk in shower. There is a private outdoor entertainment deck with an outdoor dining setting. A private side courtyard with seating is a relaxing space for reading or coffee time or late afternoon drinks. The Grove can also comfortably accommodate 2 couples travelling together. Guest access Guests have full run of the home, outdoor spaces and the underhouse garage. Other things to note The home is unsuitable for children. There are no single beds. Safety being the paramount concern. Newborns and very young children not yet mobile are welcome. The home is double storey with the living quarters on the top storey and garage underneath with the entrance up a flight of stairs. Anyone with restricted mobility may find this a challenge.
