NOTE. for foreign guests, a copy of the passport is required and full vaccine card - CHECK-IN: 2PM - CHECK OUT: 11AM ------------------------------------------------------------ ••• BEDROOM AREA ••• Queen size bed for up to two people + bed linens, Bath towel for each guest, Hotel Slippers for each guest, Split Air Conditioner (coverage is for entire apartment), Hangers, Hand Steam Iron, Hair Dryer, Universal Power Outlet Extension - For UK and European plugs, Glass door to Private Balcony (facing Buendía avenue with nice view) * For guests staying longer than one week: One extra set of bed linens and towels are provided at no extra charge. * Additional towels and bed linens can be requested outside the time frame above with a charge. (For dry clothes we have extension in the bathroom and one extra small drying rack) Guest access ••• SECURITY ••• There are CCTV cameras monitoring just outside all apartment units and throughout the complex, and we have security guards on watch 24/7 just for your peace of mind. ------------------------------------------------------------ ••• PARKING ••• - For parking in the complex area, in the second floor and ground floor of SM Jazz - Parking Fee: Php 60 for the first two hours and Php 20 for the following hours. ------------------------------------------------------------ SWIMMING POOL: - GYM - INFINITY POOL There is a fee for staying guests of 150 pesos per person per day on a regular day, and 300 pesos per person per day on a holiday. Pool and gym is available from 6:30AM - 10PM Other things to note ** It’s highly suggested to plan ahead before using the swimming pool. It will be required to go to the Property Management Office located in Tower B(you can ask reception or security help tell you how to get there), to make payment and get a swimming pool stub to be permitted to use the swimming pool.
