This lovely, spacious 4 bed/2bath home is quiet yet located near snowboarding, hiking, golfing, mountain biking, gorgeous scenery, and more. It is only 20 min to Windham, 30 to Hunter, and 9 miles from Living Stone. The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen ready to cook in, a large dining area, ac, SMART TV, high speed internet, two dedicated work spaces, high end Nectar mattresses and pillows, feather down comforters, and more. Long term stays receive complimentary house keeping. The space The rooms are spacious and the house is very quiet. The living room had additional space large enough for multiple people to do yoga. Each room/space has its own air conditioning unit. We have just recently added a "Harry Potter Room" for kids. Guest access You will have full access to the main floor of the house plus the screened in porch and the outdoor deck connected to it. The snowboard/ski storage and the bike shed are shared spaces for all guests. Other things to note This is a multifamily home and you have exclusive use of the second floor and screened in porch well as the second floor outdoor deck only. This is accessed through the front door of the house. All other floors are private and are off limits. Signs marked private indicate these areas and should not attempt to be entered by guests. There are cameras on the exterior of the property for security purposes and to monitor for snow removal and maintenance. There are no security cameras inside the Airbnb. Window ac units installed from June until September. This is a no pets Airbnb and operated as an allergen friendly Airbnb. This is my home and I am extremely allergic to most pets. If evidence of pets is found, additional cleaning fees will be applied. Not suitable for small children. There are no safety features and there is glass furniture and breakable items. In the winter, snow removal will occur when the snow has stopped falling. This is typical in non-urban areas. Snow will be removed once the snow has stopped falling if there is an accumulation of up to 2" or there are icy conditions.
