My place is just a 5 minute walk to Half Moon Bay beach - arguably the best in Melbourne :) and 15 minute walk to Black Rock Village where you can enjoy a coffee or a meal in the many cafes and restaurants. A 5 minute bus ride will take you to Sandringham station and a quick 30 minute train ride to the City. There is safe and ample street parking. The space The room is suitable for 2 adults sharing a comfy queen-size bed. It overlooks the front garden and has a built in wardrobe. In addition to the guest bedroom, you have exclusive use of the downstairs bathroom and seperate toilet. (I live upstairs) Feel free to use the downstairs living area with TV and kitchen to prepare your own breakfast - or lunch/dinner by arrangement. Enjoy full use of front garden or you can dine "al fresco" in the back courtyard.
