The house was built in 1980s and redesigned with a fresh and modern aesthetic by a NYC award designer. Most of the furniture and textures are from Restoration Hardware, CB2, Crate and Barrel, West elm and Modloft. This 3 bedroom+ den, 2 full bathroom sanctuary comfortable sleeps 10 across 3 luxurious queen beds and 2 convertible zen tatami platform bed. Casper mattresses, organic cotton lines and waffle towels are provided with compliments. 1b1b is featured on the first floor with a floor to ceiling panoramic window, the bathroom has jacuzzi soaking tub; 2b+den and 1 bathroom are featured on the second floor both has balcony. We have designed a floating desk on each floor that is perfect for work from home guests. Sunlight drenched living room through the mountain lines and the panoramic windows, perfect for unwind. Enjoy the instant warmth that Italian pallet stove brings you, reading a book, listening to music with marshal speaker, or just sip a coffee and enjoy the views. 65 inches smart OLED and in wall speaker is perfect for a cozy movie night. 100 inches white oak live edge dining table is big enough to sit 10 people comfortably. The bohos style kitchen is well equipped for the home cook. APEC PH balanced water filter is installed on the kitchen sink, so you are free for the drinking water! All the equipment and appliances are from Smeg and Kitchen Aid. We have Smeg drip coffee maker, toaster, kitchen aid mixer. Making some delicious breakfast and sit outside on the deck to enjoy the morning sunshine. It also equipped dishwasher, oven and microwave. Outside features a big modern deck equipped with 6 people hot tub, a large fireplace, grill, 2 outdoor lounge area and dining table. EV charger is available upon request. Enjoy the cozy hot tub, endless wooded views, and starry skies in the yard. Laundry room is conveniently located on the first floor. We only book 3 months out in advance. Guest access All the property. Please be respectful of our home and our belongings. A lot of love, time, and effort has gone into making this space as comfortable as possible and we hope to share it for a long time. Other things to note We have prepared a guest manual. The house has Spectrum high speed internet. It is perfect for working remote and streaming. But it is not equipped for heavy downloading or gaming. We kindly ask guests do not move around furniture or unplug any wires and cables. This will disrupt the entertainment system for the next guests. The house is equipped with security cameras outside. The cameras serve as security on the property and to make sure everything is functioning properly. The cell phone service may prove a little bit difficult due to the seclude nature of the house, depending on the provider. We suggest turn the Wi-Fi calling on so that you won't miss any call. If you planning to bring your dogs, please let us know in advance. During winter, the roads receive snow clearance and salting services after major snowfalls (above 3" of snow). Plan ahead and ensure you have vehicles equipped for driving in winter conditions. We recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads.
