Renovated family house with superb views of the Montereau-Fault-Yonne valley, in a small village with character in the South Seine and Marne (100 km from Paris, close to Fontainebleau, Provins, Sens..) We offer 3 bedrooms with private bathroom. You'll arrive in a closed courtyard. The house is dual aspect and has a very large landscaped garden on the valley side. Guests can relax in the large living/dining room by the fireplace or in the outdoor areas. The space We offer one bedroom (valley view), with a double bed 160x190 , 1 single bed, dresser, wardrobe, shower room and private toilet on landing. Breakfasts (Included for 2 people , homemade and local products) are served in the large room or in the garden depending on the season. NEW 2025! We offer the Table d'hôtes for dinner, by reservation! Single menu: starter/main course/cheese and dessert, drink not included!! If you come with family (with young children / teenagers) and want an extra room with 2 single beds, "La Garçonnière" is for you! Please note, we will have to share the bathroom with you!
