Please message me for the availability of the two bedrooms as a shared bath suite.** Room uses hall closet. Interior door locks. The space My 4 bedroom home is owner occupied. We do short term Airbnb stays during the winter season, while we are in residence. The home is occupied by myself and my companion and we share our home with other room guests. This includes shared use of the kitchen, living / dining space and laundry.privacy. There is a fenced tropical patio garden with a three sided enclosed outdoor shower stall, which has hot / cold running water. This shower and 1st floor 1/2 bath is shared with the owner, when in occupancy. We're quiet living people who respect the privacy of others. House Rules and Security: This is a drug free safe home. Outside smoking is permitted on the patio. No illegal activities are allowed. The bedroom doors lock from the inside. For our protection our neighbors provide exterior security cameras. We do not have any interior cameras. Within the sleeping area the home, quiet time is from 9:00 PM until 9:00 AM. During this quiet time period and for the respect to others staying in the home, we request one refrains from all telephone conversations, speaker phone conversations and to limit in person conversations to an inside low voice level. If necessary, texting phone conversations are recommended. I'm a real estate broker and this is my personal vacation home I share with long time friends and guests. The community's association maintains the pool, lawns, and shrubbery. Adequate parking plus RV storage parking is available. As part of the communitie's initiative to keep more parking available for our guests, the community requires all guest vehicles which are parked overnight to be registered with the community. A simple easy to use online portal is available for this process. The community swimming pool is available year round for guest's use. The rent includes a completely furnished home with good quality bed and bath linens, beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas, smart tv with wifi, 3 speed ceiling fans throughout, central air conditioning, trash pick-up, utilities, and a fully equipped kitchen. For the convenience of our short term nightly guests, complimentary self serve breakfast items are available. Also, room and bath cleaning after check out is included. You're visiting Ft. Lauderdale for work or relaxation, so leave the departure cleaning to us. Everything is here for you to appreciate and enjoy. This is a Gated Community with pool and ample space to park your car or RV. During your stay We are owner occupants of the home and available to attend to each guest's needs.
