Beautiful gîte with private pool

A stone's throw from the picturesque French village of Sos, in a natural environment, is our typical French stone house with gîte from which you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings in peace and quiet for up to 6 people (including small children), but also do a lot of things. The house is located just in the Lot-et-Garonne department on the border of the Landes and Gers departments in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region in South-West France. The space The gîte is located on a 3-hectare plot, of which 1 hectare is forest. In the gîte, you will find a well-equipped kitchen and living area with conservatory, where the sitting area is located. There are two real bedrooms, both with a double bed. In between, there is a space (actually the landing) with two single beds. On the upper and lower floors there is a toilet and in a separate room on the upper floor there is a bathroom with shower and sink. Adjacent to the gîte is an outdoor area where you can enjoy the outdoors and the many sunny days that the region has. Other things to note 1. The maximum number of people allowed in the gîte is 6, including small children. 2. Let people stay overnight in the gîte outside the booking is only possible in consultation and for a fee of the applicable nightly rate at that time (condition 1 applies at all times). 3. Overnight stay of additional persons in (for example) a tent on the property is subject to the number of persons and allowed in consultation, with a surcharge of €15.= per person per night. 4. Bringing pets is possible in consultation. 5. Unfortunately, the gîte is not suitable for people with disabilities. This is because the bedrooms are located on the upper floor, and they can only be accessed via a staircase.
