Comfortable beds and nice linens invite a great night’s sleep after a day of mountain activities. The living room, with a gas stove, is a perfect place to gather after a day in the mountains. The farmhouse kitchen with kitchen table area is well equipped and features stainless appliances and convection microwave. The master bedroom/bath has a 1 queen bed and separate entrance with tiny garden. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with an adjoining bath. Bedroom 1 upstairs has a queen bed, and bedroom 2 upstairs has 3 twin beds. The parlor/game room has a comfortable double futon. The house includes a fenced yard with gas grill and a private patio area. Guests and families love the relaxing and fun “old time” atmosphere, saying the house feels like a “home away from home.” This cabin is a part of Snowmass Cottages. If the Log House doesn't meet your needs, we also have 7 smaller cabins available for rent on the property with the same amenities and views. Please inquire about group bookings to receive special discounted rates. Our guests love the convenient location of the cabin, right off of Highway 82. Because of the cabin’s proximity to the bus and main road, there is road noise. It's important to remember that our charming log home is comfortable, but because of it's age, it does have it's quirks. Dogs are welcome, and guests can bring up to 2 dogs. The dog fee is $35/night per dog. No aggressive dogs or pit bulls please.
