Pet friendly cozy cabin near Tail of the Dragon.1 mile off 2 lane paved road that leads to paved driveway with covered parking. Great location for low profile sports cars and motorcycles. Our location is also a great spot for hiking, biking and water activities as we are near Fontana lake & NOC. Also a great spot for nature enthusiasts as you can sit on the porch and see lots of wild birds and the ducks in the stream right across the road. On occasion you may see other species of wildlife. The space Cozy, pet friendly cabin with all the luxuries of home and modern accessories such as Fire stick for streaming, DVD & lots of movies. Login with your own password to watch your favorite shows. Starlink internet. The living room has nice leather seating with recliners on each end of the sofa. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities to cook meals with. Includes gas grill in the covered carport, crockpot, blender, Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker. Extra linens, blankets and quilts for beds, throw blankets, towels and wash clothes are provided. There is central heat and air in the downstairs and an electric fireplace in the living room. A split unit upstairs provides heating and air conditioning. Ceiling fans are located in both bedrooms as well. New 32 inch smart tv upstairs in bedroom. From the porch you can view the nearby creek, beautiful mountains and owners garden spot. Feel free to walk down and put your feet in the cool mountain water or gather some fresh veggies from the garden. Fire pit is located in the side yard of the house with seating for 6 (we provide firewood and starters so you don’t have to go out looking to buy your wood). Picnic table near the gas grill for some outdoor dining with amazing views. All you need to bring for a great getaway is your clothes and food. We can help provide some of those fresh fruits and veggies when they are in season. There is also a set of Corn Hole boards and a Badminton set upon request. Guest access You have access to the entire house Other things to note The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, flatware, silverware, serving utensils, bowls for storing your leftovers and serving bowls, crockpot, blender, mixer, coffee maker, some coffee, creamer & sugar are provided, cooking utensils for the gas grill & marshmallow skewers. Please be aware of your surroundings while visiting. You are in the mountains so be on the lookout for possible wildlife. While not normal this includes bears and snakes.
