You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located listing. Groceries, Walmart, restaurants, Idaho Expo Center, Bingo, concert venue...we are near it all! River access is at the end of the block with a foot path that heads right downtown. This is a 3 bedroom house with a queen room, two twin room, and a king room with en suite. Guests have full access to the house, yard, and driveway (3 parking spots) plus street parking. The garage is not available to guests. Hosts live in the area and are willing to answer any and all questions. Quiet street with river access. Driveway parking for 3 vehicles with ample street parking. We cater to longer term guests, bring your crew! As such, we do have our cleaner come in monthly at the expense of the guest, to take care of the common areas and bathrooms (no linens). We also have a handyman come monthly for routine maintenance. We understand wear & tear happens and guests are encouraged to share any maintenance issues they notice during their stay.
