The space Located 10 min from Roslyn and Suncadia, nestled in the woods above Lake Cle Elum, our 3-bedroom cabin is the perfect winter adventure. Whether your sledding just outside, sipping hot cocoa, playing board games, or cozying up with a good book, our cabin offers the perfect mix of outdoor adventure and cozy relaxation. 🚗 Winter Access: ***Current conditions 2/25/26*** Road is open with no additional snow in the forecast. Cabin can be accessed by car. During the winter when the road can be covered in snow (Late November to Early March) the road closes to wheeled vehicles and becomes accessible only by snowmobile or tracked vehicle. There is a community winter taxi service that can be scheduled to bring you in and out (see pictures). Standard one-way rate is $35-50, taxi holds 5 people. The cabin is 1/2 mile from the winter parking area. Property Summary: On the first floor you will find the bathroom, one bedroom, living rm, dining rm, and fully stocked kitchen. The living space has a wonderful view of the lake and leads out to the deck. Where you will sleep: Downstair bedroom with queen bed, upstairs view bedroom with queen bed, rocking chair, and desk, and second upstairs rm with queen bed, and two twin beds (trundle bed with 1 bed stored under the other). Our cabin is well suited for two families of four or a group of 6 adults. We do not recommend our cabin for a group of more than 6 adults due to the living rm seating and having one bathroom. Note, the winter taxi only holds 5 people. Our cabin features: 3 bedrooms 1 bath Full Kitchen 6 person dining table Living room seating for 5 + adjacent dining table seating Deck, with gas firepit and 6 folding chair for winter use. Deck furniture in photos is put away for the winter in October and comes back out in May. Yard - Wood fire pit with Adirondack chairs and benches and available firewood. Living Space - Kitchen, Dining, Living Rm are in one living space on the 1st floor. Great lighting and daylight through the large windows looking out to the mountains and lake. Kitchen - Full Kitchen, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Keurig, French Press, Crock Pot, Pots, Pans, Knives, Blender, Hand mixer, Measuring Cups/Spoons, Popcorn Maker, Coffee Mugs, Cups, Wine glasses, cocktail shaker, shot glasses, BBQ utensils. Dining - 6 person dining table, lake & mountain view from the dining table. Living Room - Leather Sofa, Large Lunge Chair, Small Lounge chair. Seating for 5. 1 Bathroom - Bathtub/shower, toilet, sink, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, washcloths, make-up towels, hair dryer, straightener. Guest Room, Downstairs room - queen bed (firm mattress) with closet, clothes hangers, 3 hooks, dresser, full-length mirror, iron, ironing board, vacuum. This room does have a window AC unit in the summer (June thru August). Upstairs Room 1 - View Rm, Queen bed (plush mattress), dresser, mirror, clothes hangers, 3 hooks on door, rocking/reclining chair, desk with ergo chair, monitor, and view. Upstairs Room 2 - Queen Bd (memory foam mattress) + Trundle Bed (2 twin beds), dresser, clothes hangers, hooks on door. Projector for movies with the kids. This room does have a window AC unit in the summer (June thru August). Kids Stuff - Pack and play with sheets, changing pad with covers, baby monitor, white noise machine, table attachable high chair, and toys for kids 2-9. We DO NOT have child safety gates for the stairs or safety plugs on the outlets. Games - Settlers of Catan, Ticket to Ride, Ticket to Ride Junior, Blockus, Rummikub, Cards, Farkle, Monopoly, checkers, chess, Skyjo. Outside - Located on 20,000 SF lot, sloped property, trees, mountain and lake views, low traffic community road on the property border in most cases but can have times when multiple ATV/snowmobiles travel the road, the cabin driveway is on a dead end street off the main road with little traffic and parking for 3 vehicles adjacent to the cabin when the road is not closed for the winter. There is a set of 8 steps from the parking to the cabin. Winter Access - When the road is closed in the winter (late November to early March) parking is at the bottom of the road 1/2 mile from the cabin. Guest access Access to the full property with exception of Owner Closets. Other things to note The cabin only has 1 bathroom! Space is ideal 2 families with kids (4 adults, 4 kids) or 6 adults. The deck is up very high so make sure if you have kids, all furniture is set away from the railing. There are no child gates for the interior stairs. For an additional fee of $20 /hr hour early check-in / late-check out may be available depending on availability.
