Additionally, free parking is included for our guests. Other things to note Our house can accommodate a maximum of 6 individuals, including adults, kids, and infants. Please note that while Airbnb does not consider infants as occupants, both our county and resort do. Therefore, we count infants as occupants, and the total number of individuals allowed in the house is 6, regardless of age. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the house. If there is any evidence that there was any type of smoking guest with be charged a $500 dollar fee for violation. This includes hookahs, cigarettes of any kind. We provide two towels per guest. Number of towels will be provided for the amount of guests listed at time of booking. While we do not offer specific pool/beach towels, you are welcome to take our towels to the pool area, provided that you return them to the house. We supply sufficient household items to get you started, but please note that this is a self-catered house, so you will need to provide for yourself. As a courtesy, we provide a few basic supplies to get you started, such as two toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one in the holder and one extra), a roll of paper towel, a couple of trash bags, and liquid dish soap. THE HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by the nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. Walmart is located 5 minutes away. Long term stays will be provided with initial toiletries but it will be their responsibility to purchase more supplies once they have used up the ones that are provided.
