100m from the beach, 610 min from the subway. Here is safe, cozy, confortable, quiet, airy and close to everything. U can choose metro, bus or uber. But walking or biking, for me, is the best! The street is quiet and the building of excellent standard. There are only 4 apartments per floor. Mine is front and the room has a super window, where there is sunshine in the morning. I love dogs! The value does not include pet accommodation, but we can study the possibility of accommodating your puppy if it is a small and very nice . Nearby we have lots of restaurants and snack bars, so the kitchen, utensils and the fridge are only available for you to store some fruits and drinks, but not for cooking! Read the comments e come!
