The space This 1920's Spanish style building is a side-by-side two story duplex straight out of the classic Hollywood era. Upon arrival you will have everything you need to start "living". The apartment is fully furnished with a collection of brand new and eclectic furnishings. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a twin over full bunk-bed, along with a couch that converts to a full size bed. The living room has a functioning wood burning fireplace and there's a separate dining room that easily accommodates six to eight diners. The kitchen, with all modern appliances, is fully stocked with staples so you are able to immediately prepare your own meals - no need to purchase oils, vinegars or spices etc. There's also a separate breakfast nook for more informal dining. There's a sizable collection of Lego and other children's toys, as well as books to read and magazines to peruse. The apartment has ample storage and closet space for all of your belongings. Host provides hand sanitizer and masks in all sizes, so you can start exploring the outside world right away. You will be welcomed with everything you need for your first morning, and a binder with house details and suggestions about where to eat and visit while you're here. There are banana, fig and pomegranate trees on the property as well as a small raised bed in the event you stay long enough to plant your own victory garden. Your unit has two private entrances, and all Coronavirus cleaning guidelines are strictly adhered to. There will be a minimum of 48 hours between reservations, during which time the unit will be thoroughly and professionally cleaned. There is unrestricted street parking and you have access to many public transportation options. If you're concerned about global warming you will be happy to note that the house has recently been converted to solar electricity. This property is a great jumping off point for all that Los Angeles has to offer, or can serve as a refuge where you can put your feet up and relax in luxury. Guest access Along with the private residence, guests will have access to all common outdoor spaces with the exception of the garage. Other things to note This property is family and pet friendly. The price reflects a 4 person party. An additional $10 per night will apply for any additional guests. Pets require an additional damage deposit to be determined by type and size of pet, and strict clean up of pet waste is enforced.
