Other things to note ***PLEASE ALSO READ THE ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES*** - For longer stays of 28 nights+, utilities costs apply (gas/electricity/water) Please contact us before making the reservation. - The gym is for free - Located ca 2,8 km to the beach of Nazaré (Praia Da Nazaré) - Located 1,5 km to a smaller minimarket (bread/milk and basics) - 3 km to the bigger supermarket Pingo Doce - A cleaning fee can be applied if the apartment is not left in a clean and respectful state at check-out. - No shoes inside. - Always use the outdoor shower before entering the pool (Located next to the pool) - All children need to be accompanied by the pool area at all times. - Baby crib with mattress available - 10,00€ entire stay. / + bed clothes (duvet, pillow and sheets) + 5,00€ - Guests need to use their own Netflix account - The toilet paper / soap / detergente / kitchen paper / coffee / plastic bags / sponge / dish cloth is all a starting kit for the guests when they arrive.
