Lake view, beautiful, spacious, well equipped home

This beautiful, light, spacious house has a wonderful Mediterranean feel. The lake is a short walk away and the house has fantastic views. This is an ideal space for two small families, one large family, or a group of friends, the lounge and kitchen are spacious, the gardens have many different seating areas outside. The house has good wifi, free parking, there is a shop a few mins walk away. Close to Bristol, & Wells in the heart of the Mendip Hills in Somerset, it’s a tranquil get away spot. The space The kitchen has patio doors that lead out to the main garden, with windows on all four sides of the kitchen, it’s very light and spacious room. The lounge also has patio doors leading out to the main garden, so on a warm summers day with all the doors open you can flow between the gardens and the downstairs rooms for socialising. The hallway with a beautiful staircase and a big window behind it. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a super king size bed and a balcony with a view of the lake. The second bedroom has a triple bunk bed, which has a comfy standard double bed on the bottom, with a single bed on the top. The third bedroom has a comfy standard double bed. There is a main bathroom upstairs, with a shower and bath, plus there is a toilet downstairs. The attractive gardens are peaceful and tranquil, professionally designed and maintained, around the house there is a variety of seating areas to choose from, plus there is a childrens play house and trampoline for kids. Inside the house there are board games for adults, plus puzzles and books for kids. There are stunning lake views from house, at the right time of year you can see the moon rise across the lake from the house. A short two minute walk away you can see the sunset from a peaceful field, with a view in the distance across the Severn channel to Wales. Guest access The full house and gardens are available for guests. The house is a 4 bedroom house, but one room will be locked, so only 3 bedrooms are available. The driveway can fit two cars on it, or 3 small cars parked close together. The garage will be locked and is not available for guests to use. Other things to note Blagdon is a very quiet, sleepy village, it’s definitely not the place to come and hold parties. We request that guests are respectful of our neighbours and the neighbourhood, parties are not allowed and to please keep noise to a minimum in the gardens after 9pm.
