Our townhouse is in the lovely Columbia City neighborhood of Seattle. Just steps from the lightrail station to explore everything Seattle has to offer! You’ll also be in walking distance of great local restaurants, coffeehouses, bars, fitness centers, and a grocery store. Walk score of 90. The space Our house has 4 levels, with stairs leading to each level: First, a ground floor with: • Entryway with coat closet and shoe storage • Guest bedroom with comfy queen bed and working desk • Full guest bathroom with tub/shower • Heat (tower fan for cooling in the summer) An open second floor with: • Dining table seating 6 people • Fully equipped kitchen with gas range • 65" smart TV • Couch that pulls out into a queen sized sleeper sofa when needed • Outdoor deck • Heat & A/C A third floor with: • Sunny primary suite with king size bed • Large bathroom with double sinks and rain shower • Laundry room with washer/dryer • Heat & A/C A private rooftop on the 4th level with: • Conversation area with outdoor seating and coffee table • Bar seating for two • Lounge chair for sunny days • Gas grill Guest access You have access to all areas of the house, deck and the private rooftop. Other things to note PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: To be clear about what you can expect of us as well as our expectations of guests, please note the following: 1. 【NO PARTIES OR EVENTS】 Parties and events cannot be accommodated. Evacuation of the party group and/or fines may be charged per Airbnb's policy. 2. 【ACCURATE NUMBER OF GUESTS】 All reservations must indicate an accurate number of people who will be staying in the townhome. Only the number of guests indicated can stay the night. 3. 【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】 We care about our neighbors and maintaining a positive overall experience. 4. 【PARKING】 One assigned parking space is available for you to park your vehicle, in the alley behind the townhouse complex (the alley is between 31st and 32nd Ave S). Driving into the alley from S Alaska street, the parking space is the first space on your right, next to the fence. A map with directions will be sent to you with your check-in info :) Street parking is around as well, but is sometimes hard to come by especially on the street directly outside the unit (32nd Ave S). Additionally many of the streets are zoned by the city and allow only 2 hour parking during daytime hours. So, using the parking spot is recommended. ***If you'll be using the parking space, message me with your license plate number*** 5. 【NO SMOKING】 If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee. 6. 【PETS】 No pets. 7. 【NO SHOES】 We appreciate you helping to maintain the cleanliness of our house!
