With ski-in/ski-out access & the famous St. Bernard pub & grill right next door, this is a local’s favorite spot on the mountain! Just minutes from Sandpoint and Lake Pend Oreille, & an hour drive from Coeur d’Alene. This cozy, modern condo features high speed internet, Cloud sectional, king size memory foam bed, 65" Smart TV loaded w/ movie & show apps, top of the line appliances, fully stocked kitchen, electric fireplace, all bathroom/shower must-haves and more! We’ve thought of EVERYTHING. The space Studio-like condo with accordion door separation from living area. Full kitchen and appliances and spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Guest access Guests have full access to the condo as well as the wax/gear room and 1 parking space. Guests will not have access to a locker or the east end of the building. Other things to note The condo is nearly “ski-in/ski-out”. Access to the ski trail is about a 50yd walk down the hill near the Schweitzer Chapel just off Hemlock Ln. Follow the signs! From there, strap-in and ski down the bunny hill to the lift! Easy Peasy!
