You can get anywhere quickly from this central location. The house is 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from the university and 15 minutes from Pozcu. The house is 2+1 and very spacious. The whole house is not for rent, a room will be given and other places such as the kitchen and living room are open to common use. NOTE: The photos are not of the house, they are representative. Other things to note I only accept female guests.
