The space The property has indoor parking for three cars, three terraces, the first interior with covered areas, pool, BBQ, dining room, and living room. The second covered terrace also has a living room, 2 dining rooms, 1 beautiful bar equipped with 3 swings and 1 hand-held Fulbito. The third outdoor terrace has a sand area (a small beach) with a semicircular Jacuzzi equipped with hydromassage for 6 people, sun loungers and two beds equipped for total relaxation, all facing the ocean. On the first floor there is also the kitchen which overlooks the indoor pool equipped with everything you need. Then there is the dining room overlooking the beach and pool with a fireplace, a 55" TV, integrated music system throughout the first floor and 1 half bathroom. On this floor there is also a room with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a balcony with an unbeatable view, an ensuite bathroom, among others; on this same floor are two bedrooms equipped with two cabins each and a shared bathroom between them. Other things to note There is a beautiful little-known beach for walking where you can observe birds, which stop there on their migratory route. The houses in this area are far away, thus creating a truly natural space. It is a walking tour of about three and a half kilometers round trip.
