If you want a sanctuary away from Page, this is the home for you. The view from the deck can't be beat. My house is homey, very spacious and clean. There is tons of parking for your boats. THIS IS NOT A MOTEL! And it's a small community that doesn't appreciate loud parties. Please keep loud talking inside the house in the evenings. The downstairs has NOT been updated, but it's clean. This is my home...I'm saving it for my children, but letting you share in the glorious views for your family. The space There is HUGE parking at my home....like any large boats, and up to 8 cars in my drive way. If you buy blow up mattresses, the Great Room can sleep many more than in the beds. Guest access Access is easy. It's a house!!! When the time comes close to your vacation, I will give you the code on the front door. It's upstairs to the right. Other things to note Just minutes from the lake , Glen Canyon Dam , the mouth of the Grand Canyon , and the iconic Horseshoe Bend overlook . It's a dark sky community....no loud noise at night and no lights on so you can see all the stars. The neighbors don't like a lot of loud noise at night, so please respect them. The downstairs is perfect for the kids....it's not updated, but it's clean and spacious. My rates are the best in the area because my downstairs is not updated yet. Please don't expect perfection, but you will have amenities and a very clean place for your family.
